Delivery Information

All of our orders are shipped using a delivery service that requires a signature on receipt. Please ensure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel, as we cannot accept responsibility for missed deliveries.

UK Delivery

• Free UK Standard Delivery on all orders over £100
• Estimated delivery time: 48 hours for orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Thursday
• Delivery applies to the entire UK, including Highlands and Northern Ireland
• A signature is required on delivery

EU Delivery

• Standard Delivery: Approximately £15.00 for small items and orders under 2kg
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days (depending on location)
• Orders over 2kg will incur higher shipping costs
• Exact delivery charges are shown at checkout once the delivery country is selected
• A signature is required on delivery

International Delivery

• Standard Delivery: Approximately £25.00 for small items and orders under 2kg
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days
• Orders over 2kg will incur higher shipping costs
• If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us and we will provide a delivery quote
• A signature is required on delivery

Dispatch Times & Notifications

Orders are dispatched on working days only. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

All delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

• An email confirming receipt of your order
• A dispatch confirmation email containing your shipping reference number

We deliver to both residential and business addresses. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect the parcel from their depot.

TGR Motorsport cannot accept responsibility if no one is available to receive the delivery or if a notification card is not left by the courier.

International Shipping, Taxes & Customs Charges

We ship to most international destinations worldwide. International orders are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force, depending on the size and weight of the items.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may be applied once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their cost, as customs policies vary by country.

Please note that if you choose to return an international order, we are unable to refund any customs duties or local taxes paid.

Returns Policy

We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns Conditions

• Items must not have been fitted to any vehicle
• Items must be unused, unsoiled, and in resaleable condition
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and carefully repackaged to prevent damage in transit

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that are not suitable for resale or where return instructions have not been followed.

Please note:

• Any original postage costs are non-refundable
• We cannot refund items that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return an Item

Before returning any item, please contact us to obtain a returns number, which will help speed up the refund process.

We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
