Shipping Policy

TGR Motorsport is based in the United Kingdom and ships both domestically and internationally.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Some specialist or pre-order items may require additional processing time. Where this applies, it will be clearly stated on the product page.


UK Shipping

We offer tracked delivery services across the UK.

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Express UK delivery (where available): 1–2 working days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery method selected.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on destination:

  • Europe: 3–7 working days

  • Rest of World: 5–14 working days

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by their country.


Pre-Order & Custom Items

Some products, including certain FIA approved racing seats and specialist components, may be supplied on a pre-order basis. Estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page.


Tracking Information

All shipped orders include tracking where available.
Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or peak periods. TGR Motorsport is not liable for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
