Titanium Manifold Exhaust Studs

Stop fighting with the double nut technique. These titanium manifold exhaust studs feature an Allen hex head for fast, straightforward installation with no special tools required. Slip them in, torque them up and forget about them.

Built to withstand extreme heat and corrosion, Grade 5 titanium outlasts standard steel studs in the harsh environment of an exhaust manifold. Each stud is 45mm in length and comes with a washer and 12pt nut included. Available as a single M10 stud or in engine 
specific kits for a complete manifold conversion.

Machined from Ti-6Al-4V Grade 5 titanium alloy. 45% weight reduction over standard BZP steel bolts with greater tensile strength and superior corrosion and heat resistance.

These come in two lengths 45mm and 55mm, both will fit unless you have a tight clearance, the additional length can be used if you want a bit of extra length, as standard we supply the 45mm, but if you need the 55mm we can order this in for you, normally takes 1-2 weeks for delivery from order.
